The Kickapoo Tavern was established in October 1995 and has been the anchor of the River Run Village ever since. Kickapoo originally came from the name of moonshine in the Lil’ Abner comic strip but we have since discovered that it is also the name of several American Indian tribes around the country who often visit us.

Kickapoo Tavern is a great place for lunch, apres ski, or dinner, whether you’re with friends or your family. Our bar and grill atmosphere means friendly staff and great customer service so you can RELAX and enjoy.
